REvaulti LLC ("REvaulti," "we," "us," or "our") operates revaulti.com, a technology platform for triple-net (NNN) lease property transactions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration: Name, email address, password.
• Profile information: Full name, account type (owner or buyer).
• Property data (owners): Property address, lease terms, financial data, and other details you submit when vaulting a property.
• Buyer criteria: Investment preferences, target markets, deal size range.
• Proof of funds (buyers): Financial documentation submitted for verification. This is reviewed by REvaulti staff and not shared with property owners.
• Transaction data: LOI submissions, PSA terms, entity names, and deal-related communications.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. REvaulti does not store credit card numbers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system.
• Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns (via Google Analytics).
• Authentication tokens and session data.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or government-issued ID numbers through the platform. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, or health information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To match buyers with properties based on stated criteria.
• To facilitate LOI submissions, PSA generation, and deal flow.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To deliver REvaulti Intelligence Reports (RIRs) ordered through the platform.
• To send transactional emails related to your account and deals (via Resend).
• To improve the platform through analytics and usage data.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and platform NDA.
• To comply with applicable law.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Other Users — Limited and Controlled

Property owners and buyers only see each other's information after specific platform actions:

• A buyer's name and verification status are visible to an owner only after the buyer executes an NDA and the owner activates a listing.
• A property's address and financials are shared with a buyer only after NDA execution.
• Entity names are shared as part of the LOI and PSA process.

Proof of funds documents are never shared with property owners.

4.2 With Service Providers

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Netlify: Platform hosting.
• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics.

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of REvaulti, our users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If REvaulti is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records (LOIs, PSAs, NDA executions, platform introductions) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to support legal compliance and NDA enforcement. You may request deletion of your account by contacting Resources deals@revaulti.com — note that transaction records may be retained even after account deletion where legally required.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you logged in), security, and analytics. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features may not function correctly without them.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and authentication tokens with expiration. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Resources deals@revaulti.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correct inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements).
• The right to opt out of non-essential communications.

9. Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to the platform, contact us at Resources deals@revaulti.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
