Is my property visible to anyone when I upload it?
No. Your property is completely private until you activate it. Buyers see nothing. No brokers are notified. Your tenant doesn't find out. Only you can see it — and only you control when it surfaces to the market.
Do I need to pay anything before my deal closes?
No. The vault is free. The RIR is $99 if you want it — completely optional. The 0.5% transaction fee is only charged when and if your deal closes. Nothing upfront, ever. Zero if you decide not to sell.
What if I change my mind after activating?
You can deactivate your listing and return to private vault status any time, for any reason. You are never locked in. This is your asset and your decision, always. The 24-month tail applies only to buyers you were already introduced to.
How accurate is the $99 REvaulti Intelligence Report?
The RIR is built from real closed NNN transaction data — not public listing asking prices or broker opinions. It benchmarks your property against comparable closed deals by tenant brand, lease term, geography, guarantor type, and lease structure. Both you and potential buyers can order the same report on the same property.
Who are the buyers in the network?
Every buyer has earned Verified Investor Access — a $99 one-time credential — submitted proof of funds or a lender pre-approval, and signed a platform NDA before seeing any property financials. Serious investors only. No brokers fishing for listings. No tire-kickers.
What happens after my LOI is accepted?
The platform automatically generates a clean, balanced Purchase and Sale Agreement from the accepted LOI terms — short and ready to sign immediately. If you'd like your attorney to review it first, most reviews take 5 business days or less given the document's length. Once both parties sign, due diligence begins and attorneys are looped in for closing coordination — title, escrow, and funds. Title company closes and collects the 0.5% at settlement.
